发电机定子接地故障原因分析及处理措施 被引量:6

摘要 神华内蒙古国华准格尔发电有限责任公司4号发电机在运行中发生U相定子接地故障。经原因排查,确定为固定发电机出口U相电流互感器二次电缆的尼龙扎带工艺不合格,造成发电机U相金属软连接部位对二次电缆铠装层放电,最终导致发电机U相定子接地故障。通过整改,采用非导磁材质的U形卡子对发电机出线罩内所有二次电缆进行固定,效果良好,保证了发电机的稳定运行。 No.4 generator,which was affiliated with Shenhua Inner Mongolia Guohua Zhungeer Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,occurred stator ground fault during operation.The reason about the above fault was identified that Nylon cable tie process was unqualified.The Nylon cable tie was used to fix generator outlet current transformer secondary cable.The above reason caused metal soft parts of generator U phase to secondary cable armoring layer discharge.It finally leaded to generator U phase ground fault.Through improvement,the U-shaped clamps of the magnetic material were used to fix secondary cable for all generator outlet cover.The effect about improvements was good,which could ensure the stable operation of the generator.
