摘要
斜拉桥索塔锚固区受力复杂,对全桥结构安全具有重大影响。结合斜拉桥混凝土桥塔工程实例,介绍了主塔锚固区的设计思路,采用有限元软件建立实体模型研究锚固区应力分布情况和受力特性。结果表明:设置环向预应力对主塔锚固区侧壁受力改善显著,锚固齿块应力集中明显,应适当加大齿块尺寸,加强锚下配筋和横向钢筋配置。
The structure behavior of cable-pylon anchorage zone is complicated,and it has a great influence on the safety of the whole bridge structure.Based on the example of cable-stayed bridge concrete tower project,the design mentality of cable-pylon anchorage zone was introduced,and the solid models was set up by using finite element software to analyze the stress distribution and mechanical characteristic of cable-pylon anchorage zone.The results show that:setting ring pre-stress can significantly improve the sidewall's stress states of cable-pylon anchorage zone,the stress concentration of anchor block lower edge is distinct,anchor block size should be increased properly and the disposition steel bar under anchorage and the transverse steel bar should be strengthened.
