摘要
悬索桥索夹和主缆的紧固是靠摩擦阻力来抵抗吊索产生的滑动,而这个摩擦阻力是由紧固索夹的高强螺栓的预拉力挤压主缆产生,并在关键工序节点对索夹螺栓进行紧固,补足轴力,以确保索夹的抗滑安全度。针对某悬索桥的部分索夹在钢箱梁吊装前期产生滑移的原因进行了分析,并采取了相应处理措施,使后续施工没再发生索夹滑移现象。
For a suspension bridge,the tightening of the connection of the cable clamps and the main cables is realized based on the process of resisting slipping of hanger cables by frictional force,and the frictional force is generated by tightening the high-strength bolts that are used to tighten cable clamps to induce a pre-tensioning force,and in turn to extrude the main cables.In addition,the bolts in the cable clamps are tightened in certain key construction processes to gain sufficient axial force,so as to assure the anti-slipping safety of the cable clamps.In this paper,the causes of slipping of some cable clamps on a suspension bridge in the early stage of the steel box girder installation was analyzed,and corresponding treatments were taken.No cable clamp slipping was observed during the subsequent construction process.
