摘要
针对交通基础建设项目采用PPP融资模式中存在的各种问题,通过借鉴成功案例的经验并对失败案例的不足加以分析,找到现阶段发展PPP项目的对策和解决方案。
According to the transportation infrastructure projects using PPP financing mode in the presence of various problems,the successful experience is drawn on and the deficiency of failure cases is analyzed to find the countermeasures at this stage of development of PPP projects and solutions.
