摘要
针对某汽轮发电机组在发电机尾部出现横向振动偏大的故障,通过振动频谱分析,认为振动的主要影响因素是发电机的轴频振动大,并通过故障复现得出发电机尾部横向振动偏大的原因。根据分析结果,对浮动密封环内圆进行修磨,扩大其与转子的间隙。试验结果显示,后轴承处振幅减小26%,振动幅值和振动速度均达到指标要求。
This study focuses on the fault disposal of the high lateral vibration at the after-body of a steam turbine generator. Through frequency spectrum analysis, it is believed that the main jktctor is the large generator shaft frequency. The expet4ment is carried on and the main causes which lead to the fault are deduced. Based on the analysis result, the inner circle of floating seal ring is modified thus the clearance between rotor and the ring is enlarged. The experimental result shows that lateral vibration amplitude decreases by 26% and the vibration amplitude and velocity satisfies the objective requirements.
