Procedure for Measuring Shipbuilding Process Optimization Results after Using Modular Outfitting Concept

通过采用一种新的模块化舾装概念,可以实现船舶制造过程的最优化,从而提高船舶制造过程的效率,并降低生产过程的成本。同时,通过将船舶制造过程更加标准化和统一化,尤其是应用模块化舾装概念,增加分段预舾装,船舶制造过程可以实现进一步优化。

Through a new concept of modular outfitting, the shipbuilding process can be optimized, thus the process efficiency will be raised and producing cost will be reduced. This article suggests that further improvement is possible by introducing higher degree of standardization and unification of ship systems and structures, particularly by adopting a modular outfitting concept and adding on-block outfits.
