原油结蜡对标准体积管检测精度影响的分析 被引量:1

摘要 标准体积管是原油动态计量时用于原油流量计检定的标准器。标准段内原油的结蜡程度,会直接影响流量计检定时投球的次数。通过实验,对影响体积管标准段结蜡的因素进行了系统分析。当环境温度、管壁温度较低时体积管标准段就会发生结蜡,增加投球次数,导致亏油和能耗增加。减少因外界温度低造成的体积管结蜡,减少能耗,北方应将标准体积管建造在室内,提高室内温度,同时在标准段上加装电伴热装置,在大流量下,对原油进行预热,进而减少结蜡,减少投球次数,降低能耗,实现节能减排。 Standard volume tube is used for standard calibration of crude oil flowmeter dynamic measurement.The degree of crude oil wax deposit in the standard section will directly affect the number of pitches during the flow meter calibration. Through experiments, some factors affected the standard segment of the volume tube have been analyzed systematically. When ambient temperature and pipe wall temperature are lower, the crude oil wax deposit can occur in standard volume tube. It will increase the number of pitch and the loss of oil and energy-consumption. In order to reduce wax deposit of the volume tube by lower outdoor temperature andenergy-consumption, the standard volume tube has installed in the room in North. The indoor temperature has increased. The electric heat-tracing device has installed in the standard section. Under large flow rate, the crude oil should be preheated to reduce the wax deposit, the number of pitches and energy consumption. The energy-saving & emission-reducing can be realized.
