手动调节阀门的数控改造及应用效果分析

摘要 机械式手动调节阀门在采油厂应用范围广泛,根据现场的生产实际,员工需要手动调节阀门满足压力、流量在一定控制范围内,精度需求较高,但由于现场仪表与阀门不在同一地点,调节时需要多名员工配合,且每次调节时间长达1~2 h,费时费力。通过外加机械装置对手动调节阀门进行改造,实现对阀门进行电气数字控制,且现场应用后取得了较好效果。 The mechanical manual regulation valve has been used widely in Daqing oilfield. According to the actual production, the valves need to be adjusted manually by employees to meet the pressure and flow control within a certain range. The precision demands for adjusting is higher. Because the field instruments and valves are not in the same place, more employees are needed to adjust valves. The adjusting time is 1 ~ 2 h each time, it wastes time and energy. The manual regulation valves can be reformed by adding the machinery devices. The numerical control for manual regulation valve can be realized. After field application, the better effects can be achieved.
