摘要
随着抽油机使用年限不断增长,部分电器设备老化、破损、补偿容器损坏,造成抽油机系统普遍存在效率低、能耗大的问题。伴随二、三次采油的开发,机采井数量的增加,使6 k V线路用电量负荷不断增加,线路损耗不断上升,用电设备的功率因数不断降低,改善企业用电设备电能使用率(功率因数)是企业节能减排的重要课题,结合更换节能设备和供电线路能耗两个方面的分析,解决采油队无功补偿存在的问题,为节能减排提供方向、实现企业效益最大化。
With the continuous using of pumping unit, part of the electrical equipment aging and damage,compensation container damage, it is resulting in lower efficiency and higher energy-consumption. Accompanied by the second and third oil recovery and increasing of pumping unit etc., the power load of 6 k V line is increased,the line loss is rising and the power factor of the corresponding facilities decreased continuously. It is an important topic for enterprise energy-saving & emission-reducing to improve the electric energy utilization rate(power factor). Combined with energy-consumption analysis for replacing the energy-saving equipment and power lines, the reactive power compensation techniques applied in the production crew. It will help to provide direction for energy-saving & emission-reducing, the enterprise maximization benefit can be realized.
