摘要
由于地层条件、生产参数、和管理状态等因素影响,每口井的沉没度都不一样,而过高或者过低的沉没度会对油井的生产带来不同程度的影响。针对部分抽油机井沉没度不合理的现状,探索不合理沉没度对抽油机管杆载荷、生产压差、泵效的影响,并结合抽油机井在日常生产中的实际情况,对抽油机井不合理沉没度的治理措施进行了探讨。通过加强管理和及时分析调整,可以使井保持在相对合理沉没度条件下生产,发挥油井的最佳效益,达到油田合理开发的目标,对今后抽油机井不合理沉没度的调整具有指导意义。
Each submergence depths of pumping units are different because of the differences at formations conditions, production parameters and management states. It is common knowledge that neither higher nor lower submergence depths have effects for pumping units. Therefore, we should force on effective managements,reasonable analysis and in-time adjustments on oil wells' submergence depths so that we can create more efficient productive situations for pumping units. And it is easy for us to develop pumping units' best benefits and make great achievements in oilfield reasonable development targets. For the unreasonable sinking degree of pumping unit, this paper mainly focus on the effect of unreasonable submergence pumping rod load, production pressure differential and pump efficiency, combined with the actual routine production performance of the oil pumping well, it will be significant for the corresponding operation in the future.
