摘要 针对山钢集团莱芜分公司窄带钢生产中夹杂物超标控制不稳定,造成客户在使用过程中出现弯裂、重皮等质量缺陷,通过优化LF炉精炼渣系,优化造泡沫渣工艺条件,提高了精炼渣对夹杂物的捕捉能力及顶渣埋弧效果,促进了夹杂物的去除及快速脱氧、脱硫,提高了钢水洁净度,降低了夹杂物含量,满足了客户需求. Aiming at the over range with unstable control of non-metallic impurities in ribbon steel at Laiwu Branch, which may result in the quality problems during processing by the users, such as bending-cracks, and overlap. In order to meet the requirements of users, it is necessary to optimize the process conditions of slag forming by optimizing the LF refining slag system for increasing the capture ability of refining slag for inclusions and the effect of top slag submerge arc, promo- ting the rapid deoxidation and defulfurization from the inclusions, increasing the steel purity and lowering the content of in- clusions.
