论人权价值认同的意蕴

民众对人权价值的认同是把握和实现人权价值的基础。人权价值的进步与认同中的熵值变化联系在一起,从中能反映出人权价值的特征。这一认同的作用机制体现在认同的内化和外化环节中。民众对人权价值的共识是不同个体之间的认同在社会层面寻求一致看法的结果。人文精神是人权价值的认同向共识转化的根据,对人文精神的信仰是对人权价值认同和共识的必然结果。要实现人权价值,就要把握人权价值认同中的"熵",使之符合人文精神的时代特征;有效衔接内化和外化环节,构建人权价值认同的合力体系;重视信仰在认同中的作用,提升民众实现人权价值的自觉性。

The identity of the value of human rights is the foundation of its understanding and realization. Progress of human rights and the entropy changes of the identity are connected with each other,which reflects the characteristics of the value of human rights. The identity mechanism is embodied in the process of its internalization and externalization. The public consensus on the value of human rights results from the recognition of the individuals who seek consensus at the social level. The humanistic spirit is the basis of the transformation of the identity of human rights value into the consensus. The faith of humanistic spirit is the inevitable result of the understanding and recognition of the human rights value. In order to realize the value of human rights,we should grasp the ＂entropy＂of the identity of the value of human rights,and make it accord with the characteristics of humanistic spirit,effectively cohere the internal and external links to build the identity system of the value of human rights,pay attention to the role of belief in the identity of human rights value,and enhance the public consciousness of realizing the value of human rights.
