摘要 王喜庆是研究陕西餐饮产业发展的著名专家。他编著的《陕西省餐饮产业发展报告(2015)》是目前中国第一本公开出版发行的、全面剖析某一个省域餐饮产业的蓝皮书,全面反映了陕西餐饮产业的发展状况,为陕西餐饮产业的未来发展提供了较高的学术参考依据,弥补了该领域研究的空白。 Wang Xiqing is an eminent expert in the studies of catering industry development in Shanxi Province. His report of catering industry development in Shanxi Province (2015) is the first domestically published blue book with comprehensive analysis of a certain provincial catering industry, which makes up for the blank of research in this field. His report, which comprehensively reflects the development status of catering industry development in Shanxi Province, provides academic reference for the future development of the catering industry in Shanxi Province.
