高职院校服装专业职业素养培养对策探究

A Probe into Cultivation of Professional Accomplishment for Garment Specialty in Vocational Colleges

现阶段服装企业在招聘人才时更看重毕业生的综合职业素质,而高职院校服装专业学生的专业技能、职业认同、职业精神、文化素养等方面,与企业要求都有一定的差距。要提高服装专业学生的职业素养,从学校层面,要确立服装专业学生职业素养培养的系统流程;从专业层面,设计融入学生职业素养培养的人才培养方案;从校企合作层面,实施学生职业意识和职业情感的培养策略,以期适应就业市场竞争和企业发展的需要。

Presently, in the process of talents recruitment and selection, garment enterprises place more empha-sis on the graduates＇ comprehensive professional accomplishment. However, there is a gap between garment major students＇ needs and their professional accomplishment, career identity, professionalism, and cultural literacy. Im-provement of students＇ comprehensive professional accomplishment calls for college-based establishment of sys-tem process for cultivation of professional accomplishment of garment major students, major-based design of pro-fessional accomplishment cultivation-integrated talents training program, and college-enterprise cooperation-based implemetation of students＇ professional consciousness and professional emotion cultivation strategy, with a view to adapting to the needs of the job market competition and enterprise development.
