“一带一路”背景下西安回民街文化旅游发展困境及对策

On the Predicaments of Cultural Tourism in Muslim Quarters in Xi'an and the Countermeasures under the Belt and Road Background

在"一带一路"的总体定位中,西安历史文化悠久,区位优势突出。西安回民街作为穆斯林文化的传承之地,文化旅游发展也迎来了新的机遇。通过研究回民街在旅游发展中存在的重形式轻文化、服务设施不全、旅游产品价格偏高等潜在问题,提出应注重文化保存的原真性和完整性,完善基础设施建设,抓住发展机遇,汇集多方力量,共同促进回民街文化旅游的蓬勃发展等策略。

As described in the Belt and Road general orientation, Xi＇an, a cultural city with a long history and dominent advantages in location, as well as a cradle for Muslim culture inheritance, ushers in new opportuni-ties for cultural tourism development in Muslim quarters. The current cultural tourism development in Muslim quarters witnesses a practice of placing emphasis on forms with contempt for culture, traffic congestion, incom-plete service facilities, high-priced tourism products and potential contradictions. Accordingly, effonts should be made to preserve culture authenticity and integrity, improve infrustructure, take opportunity and make joint efforts from various sources to promote the vigorous development of cultural tourism Muslim quarters.
