摘要
目的肿瘤患者在化疗过程中全血细胞多参数的动态变化。方法以Sysmex XN-9000全自动血细胞分析流水线对137例肿瘤化疗患者进行全血细胞检测。分析WBC、网织红(Ret)、未成熟网织红细胞指数(IRF)等参数,通过对137例患者化疗前、化疗后第1天、第3天、第7天、第14天、第21天、第28天的跟踪观察比较,所获数据采用方差分析、t检验和Logistic回归分析。结果发现化疗后外周血WBC、Ret、IRF、PLT等参数化疗后第1天开始降低,未成熟网织红细胞指数(IRF)和白细胞减少呈正相关,高荧光强度网织红细胞比率(HFR%)呈负相关,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外周血WBC是反映白血病化疗后白系骨髓造血功能敏感的指标,评估患者在化疗期间的非特异性免疫能力;IRF是肿瘤化疗后红系骨髓造血功能早期恢复的指标,评价携氧能力。与白细胞减少呈正相关。
Objective To investigate tumor patients in chemotherapy blood cells parameters of dynamic change.Methods By Sysmex XN-9000 automatic blood cell analysis pipeline of 137 cases of tumor chemotherapy patients of whole blood cell test. Analysis of WBC, reticulocyte(RET), immature reticulocyte erythrocyte index(IRF) and other parameters by of 137 patients with chemotherapy before and after the first day of chemotherapy, the 3 Day, 7 days, 14 days,21 days, 28 days of tracking were compared.The data obtained using analysis of variance,t test and Logistic regression analysis. Results The results showed that chemotherapy after 1 day after chemotherapy of peripheral blood WBC, RET, IRF,PLT parameters began to decrease, immature woven red blood cell index(IRF) and white blood cell reduction was positively related to high fluorescence intensity nets woven red cell ratio(HFR%) was negatively correlated with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Peripheral blood WBC is indicators are sensitive white line of hematopoietic function of bone marrow after chemotherapy of leuke mia, patients during chemotherapy of nonspecific immunity ability evaluation,and IRF Tumor after chemotherapy erythroid hematopoietic function of bone marrow early recovery index, evaluation of oxygen carrying capacity. And white cell reduction was positively correlated with and early in the white blood cell reduction and recovery.
