维吾尔族高职护生批判性思维能力的测量及影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨维吾尔族高职护生批判性思维能力及其影响因素。方法对新疆3所高职院校的380名二、三年级维吾尔族护生进行问卷调查。结果新疆维吾尔族护生的批判性思维能力<280分,7个特质中批判性思维能力的自信心得分最高,系统化能力得分最低;护生批判性思维能力总得分与年级负相关,P<0.05,与见习、实习、参加学校活动、运用现代教学法正相关,P<0.05;对维吾尔族高职护生批判性思维能力得分影响程度排序为:运用现代教学法>参加学校活动>年级>实习>见习。结论教育者应多采用现代教学法,开放式教学,来提高护生学习的积极性,调动学生的主观能动性,发展维吾尔族护生批判性思维;教育管理者应规范见习、实习带教,对临床带教老师进行系统培训。 Objective To evaluate the uighurs higher vocational nursing students critical thinking ability and its influencing factors. Methods 3 in higher vocational colleges in xinjiang, 380(2) survey of nursing students of grade three uighurs. Results Xinjiang uygur critical thinking ability of nursing students 280 points, seven traits of critical thinking ability scores highest confidence, systematic ability score the lowest; The total score of critical thinking ability of nursing students is negatively related to the grade, P〈0.05, and apprentice, internship, to participate in school activities, using the modern teaching method, P〈0.05; For uighurs higher vocational nursing students critical thinking ability scores influence degree sequence is: Using modern teaching methods To participate in school activities Grade The internship Apprentice. Conclusion Educators should adopt modern teaching method, more open teaching, to improve nursing students learning enthusiasm and mobilize students' subjective initiative, the development of Uighur critical thinking of nursing students. Education management trainee and practice teaching should be regulated, the system training of clinical teaching teacher.
