摘要 人才培养是高职院校与产业园双方合作最敏感的契合点。然而,由于各自利益关注点的不同,产教互动深入合作存在着一些客观的瓶颈,因此,需要建立科学合理的激励机制。从人才培养、共赢互惠、产业发展构建双方互动合作激励机制的三维目标,有效实施激励政策,充分调动高职院校和产业园双方互动合作的意愿和动力,共同培养技术技能型人才,提高劳动生产率。基于"园""校"双方产教合作,助推高职院校和产业园"内涵式"发展。 Personnel's training is the most sensitive point of the cooperation between vocational college and industrial park. However, due to the different interests, there are some bottlenecks on production and teaching cooperation. Hence, a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism should be established. This paper will build a three-dimensional object of cooperation and incentive mechanism from personnel training, mutual benefit and win-win, and industrial development, which fully facilitate the intention and motivation of interactive cooperation, and raise labor productivity. Based on the production and teaching cooperation, the "connotative development" of vocational college and industrial park will be boosted.
