美国高校“五位一体”就业服务现状及趋势研究——以卡内基梅隆大学为例

The Study on Status and Trends of the “Five-in-One” Career Service System in American Universities——Taking Carnegie Mellon University for Example

高校学生就业问题是社会关注的焦点之一。美国高校在充实就业服务内容、创新就业服务载体、提升就业服务实效等方面做了大量探索与实践,已逐步构建起以在校生为核心,校友、雇主为重心,教师、家长为支撑的"五位一体"就业服务体系,对我国高校的就业指导工作具有借鉴作用。

College students＇ employment is one of the focus of attention of the society. American universities have done a lot of exploration and practice to enrich the content of career service, innovate the carrier of career service and enhance the effectiveness of career service. The ＂five-in-one＂ career service system has gradually built up, in which students are the core, alumni and employers are the focus, teachers and parents act as the support, it would provide enlightenments and references for the career service in Chinese universities.
