福建与台湾都存在技职类人才在培养规模上的"过剩"问题,福建还存在技职类人才培养学科专业结构与劳动力市场人才需求在结构匹配度、衔接层次上的不协调问题。福建要吸取台湾技职教育发展的相关经验,借鉴台湾应对技职类人才供需问题所推行的有效举措,从重点加大专业建设改革力度、加强技职教育发展与劳动力市场需求的联系、优化技职类人才培养与产业需求的连接方式等三方面入手,提高技职类人才培养的针对性和实效性,实现人才培养与劳动力市场发展的协调互动。
