“以赛促学,赛教结合”的高职思政课实践教学改革探索

The Exploration on Reform of “Learning Through Racing, Racing With Teaching”Higher Vocational Education Courses Practical Teaching

针对目前高职思政课教学实效性欠缺的问题,提出了有效实施"以赛促学,赛教结合"的途径,组织院级思政课实践大赛,并对高职思政课的教学计划、教学设计、考核方式等方面进行了改革,实现教学内容与大赛内容相结合、课堂与实践相结合、过程与结果相结合。实践结果表明,这一改革取得较好的成效,创新了思政课实践教学"五化合一"的新模式,实现师生双赢,不仅推动了学生综合能力的提升,而且促进了思政课优秀教学团队的建设。

According to the lackness of the higher vocational education courses teaching effectiveness, this article puts forward the way of effectively implementing ＂learning through racing, racing with teaching ＂. At the same time, it reforms the teaching plan, instruction design and assessing ways of higher vocational education courses. It combinates teaching content with competition content, combinates the method class with the practice class, combinates the process with the results. The practice results show that good results were obtained in this reform, it creates the new mode of ＂five combination one ＂ on higher vocational education courses practical teaching, realizes the win-win between teachers and students, not only it promotes the students＇ comprehensive ability of ascension, but also promotes the construction of the excellent teaching team.
