高校学生流动党员教育管理存在的问题及对策

The Problems and Countermeasures of the Education and Management of the Floating Party Members in College Students

大学生党员在校期间外出顶岗实习或学习,带来高校对这部分外出的学生流动党员教育管理上的困难。学生流动党员教育管理中存在高校对学生流动党员的"家底"难掌握、长期脱离党组织、学生党员在流动中流失、组织生活无保障等问题,针对以上问题,提出了四点建议:一是高校党组织要强化主体责任意识,强化学生流动党员教育管理理念;二是创新高校党组织工作方式方法;三是建立流动学生党员的报告制度;四是建立多主体协同的学生流动党员教育管理机制。

During the period of the college student party members out for field work or study, the education and management of floating party members become difficult problems. It is difficult to grasp the situation of these students. These students didn＇t get in touch with the party organization for a long time, and they can not participate in group activities on time. First of all, the party organization of colleges must strengthen the responsibility consciousness and improve education and management of floating party members and provide better services for them. Secondly, the party organization of colleges must innovate the party organization work methods. Thirdly,the party organization of colleges must establish a flow of student party members report system; Fourthly, the party organization of colleges must establish the multi-agent collaborative flow student party members＇ education management system.
