概述了轧钢过程自动化控制功能和在系统中采用IBM Web Sphere MQ通信中间件的必要性。从队列和通道的类型与功能、通道的建立和运行、系统配置等方面介绍了MQ通信的过程,阐述了在系统开发过程中MQ中间软件的应用,应用的内容包括与MES系统间的通信、终端画面通信等。系统采用原型化开发方法,符合1580生产线的生产实际。
Describe the necessity of adopting communication middleware IBM WebSphere MQ in steel rolling automatic control function and system. Introduce the process of MQ communication from the aspects of queue, channel type, function, channel establishment, running, and system configuration. Elaborate the application of MQ intermediate software in system development phase, which include the communication with MES system and terminal screen communication. The system adopts prototype developing method, which conforms to the reality of 1580 production line.
