摘要
预制混凝土夹心保温墙板是一种新型的保温墙板,它具有承重和保温的双重功能,墙板由内、外叶钢筋混凝土板,中间保温绝热材料和FRP连接件三部分组成.FRP连接件是连接内、外叶混凝土板的关键组成部分,是一种新型的复合材料,与普通钢筋连接件相比,具有强度高、耐腐蚀性好、导热系数低等优点,具有广阔的应用前景.本人综述了国内外在FRP连接件和预制混凝土夹心保温墙板方面的研究进展,并对今后FRP连接件和预制混凝土夹心保温墙板的研究工作进行了展望.
Precast concrete sandwich insulation panel is a new type of insulated panel,which have the double function of load- bearing and heat preservation. It is consisted of internal and external concrete panel,insulating layers and connectors. FRP connectors is the key component to connect the inner and outer leaves of concrete panel,is the new type of composite material. Compared with ordinary steel connectors,it is high strength,good corrosion resistance,and low thermal conductivity. The research progress of FRP connectors in precast concrete sandwich insulation panel is presented.
