摘要
笔者通过对大学管理"泛行政化"的现状进行调查研究,在总结大学特点的基础上,分析大学管理"泛行政化"的表征及其存在原因,并对"泛行政化"所带来的危害进行剖析.探讨从各个层面解决大学"去行政化"的对策.力求精准把握大学特点,并准确分析"去行政化"改革面临的困境,进而找到推进大学管理体制改革的可行性方案.
Through the survey and research of the status quo of pan- administration in Chinese public universities.The paper analyzes the features of pan- administration and the reasons for its existence and further examines the harm it has done. The paper puts special emphasis on the analysis of the difficult situation faced by de- administration in public universities. It aims to fully grasp the characteristics of public universities,accurately analyze the difficulties in de- administration and finally come up with the feasible measures that can promote administrative system reform in public universities.
