摘要
为完善医用硬性内窥镜成像质量的检测方式,设计了基于刀口法的内窥镜调制传递函数测量系统。建立了刀口扫描法的理论模型,通过CMOS对高精度扫描的刀口像的灰度值进行采样获得刀口扩散函数,再将其进行微分和傅里叶变换得到内窥镜的调制传递函数。实验对0°鼻窦镜进行多次测量,经过分析计算得到的调制传递函数曲线较为稳定,结果表明该系统能够实现对内窥镜调制传递函数的自动化测量。
To improve the methods of detecting medical rigid endoscope's imaging quality, a modulation transfer function measurement system of endoscope based on knife-edge method is designed. A theory of knife-edge scanning method is modeled, using CMOS to sample the grey value of high accuracy scanning knife-edge images to obtain the edge spread function, taking the derivative and Fourier transform of edge spread function to calculate the modulation transfer function of video endoscope. In this experiment, 0° nasoendoscope is tested repeatedly, the MTF curves are stable, and the result verifies the effectiveness of the modulation transfer function automatic measurement system of endoscope.
