急性缺血性脑卒中血管再通治疗策略与展望

Research progress of recanalization therapy for acute ischemic stroke

急性缺血性脑卒中(Acute Ischemic Stroke,AIS)是指由于脑的供血动脉(颈动脉或椎动脉系统)狭窄或闭塞、脑供血不足导致的脑组织坏死的总称。AIS的治疗方法很多,有卒中单元、溶栓治疗、抗血小板治疗、抗凝治疗等。但是尽快再通闭塞血管、恢复脑组织供血仍是最直接、最有效的方法。本文就AIS血管再通治疗策略(静脉溶栓、动脉溶栓、血管内机械取栓治疗)与展望做一述评。

Acute ischemic stroke（AIS）refers to the brain blood supply arteries（carotid or vertebral artery system）stenosis or occlusion,caused the floorboard of the brain tissue necrosis.There are many AIS treatments：stroke unit,thrombolytic therapy,antiplatelet therapy,anticoagulation,etc.But,as soon as possible to recanalize the block arteries and recover brain tissue is still the most direct,and effective way.In this paper,we will focus on the strategy and prospect of AIS recanalization therapies：intravenous thrombolysis,intra-arterial thrombolysis,intravascular thrombectomy through devices and make a review.
