摘要 目的系统评价心脑血管疾病患者COX-2基因-765G>C单核苷酸多态性与阿司匹林抵抗(AR)之间的相关性。方法检索中国生物医学数据库(CBM)、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方科技期刊全文数据库、重庆维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、EMBase、PubMed、Cochrane图书馆等数据库,查找合格文献,提取有效数据,使用STATA软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入12篇文献,计3627例患者。Meta分析结果表明,COX-2基因-765G>C携带者在阿司匹林抵抗组与敏感组中基因频率分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论本Meta分析结果表明,COX-2基因-765G>C单核苷酸多态性与心脑血管疾病患者阿司匹林抵抗的发生无明确相关性。 Objective The aim of the current systematic review was to assess the association between the cyclooxy- genase-2 (COX-2)-765G〉C polymorphism and aspirin resistance (AR) in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascu- lar diseases. Methods A literature search was performed using the Chinese Biomedical Database (CBM), CNKI, Wanfang Database, VIP, EMBase, Pubmed and the Cochrane Library databases. The eligible articles were collected and analyzed. STATA statistical software was used to deal with statistical data. Results 12 articles with 3627 cases were includ- ed in this meta-analysis. The difference in the distribution of COX-2-G765C allele frequency in the aspirin resistance (AR) group and the aspirin sensitive (AS) group were not statistically significant. Conclusion In summary, the meta-a- nalysis data showes no significant association between the cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2)-765G〉C polymorphism and aspirin resistance (AR) in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
