摘要
随着我国对资源勘探开发投入不断加大,全液压车载钻机已大量投入到钻探生产中。SDC-2500型全液压车载钻机将负载敏感液压系统、PLC电控系统应用于钻机的控制执行系统,具有集成度高、机动性强、全液压顶驱、远程电控、多工艺适应性等特点。通过野外生产试验,验证了钻机的性能,展现出较高的机械化程度和可靠性。
With the increasing investment of resources exploration and development in China,a large amount of full hydraulic truck mounted rigs are put into the drilling production. SDC- 2500 full hydraulic truck mounted rig has been developed by CNIET,on which the load-sensing hydraulic system and PLC electronic control system are applied in the control and execution system with the characteristics of high integration,strong mobility,full hydraulic top driving,remote control and alternative-process adaptability. In the field production test,the rig shows its high mechanization and reliability.
