摘要
高炉炉役后期由于冷却壁水管破损,冷却壁本体烧损冷却功能下降,炉皮会出现发红变形开裂现象,影响高炉日常安全运行和各项指标进步,严重者会发生炉皮烧穿,造成高炉非计划停炉和人员伤害。本文就7号高炉炉体状况不同时期炉皮开裂修复方法展开探讨,提出了炉皮开裂修复的新方案及相关要求。
Furnace skin deformation and cracking occured in the 7# blast furnace in its late service period, due to the deg- radation of the cooling function arising from the water-cooling tube the damage of the cooling wall, affecting the safe opera- tion of the blast furnace and stable process indicators, resulting in severe burnout of furnace skin and unplanned blast shut- down and personal injury. The furnace skin cracking and repairing in different body condition periods is discussed, and new methods of skin cracking repairing and relevant requirements are proposed.
