摘要
转炉冶炼高硅铁水,向渣罐内倒低碱度倒炉渣时,渣罐内的钢渣泡沫化现象严重,影响倒渣作业。将炼铁厂的瓦斯灰添加部分的功能材料,加入到渣罐内,在实现压渣消泡的同时,回收利用了高炉瓦斯灰内的含铁物质和含碳物质,是循环经济的一种有效工艺,本文予以浅述。
In BOF steelmaking of high-silicon hot metal, when low basicity of slag is poured into the slag pot, slag foaming in the slag tank is serious, affecting the slag pouring job. Ash from the iron plant was supplemented with some functional materials and then added to the slag tank, to achieve suppress of foaming and consequently recycle iron and carbon materi- als in the blast furnace dust. It is an effective recycling process, and is discussed in this article.
