本文分析了制约酒钢高炉长寿的环节;要实现高炉的长寿,应采用合理的炉型结构和性能良好的耐火材料,选用高效的冷却系统,并对高炉的运行状况进行实时监测;采取高效的操作、维护及管理措施;针对影响现代高炉一代寿命的关键部位,采取多项长寿技术,延长一代炉役寿命。

Analysis on the key link restricting service life of the blast furnace was carried out. To realize long service life of the blast furnace, reasonable furnace structure and good-performance refractory should be used and efficient cooling system be selected, and real-time monitoring of the operation condition of blast furnace be implemented, efficient manual opera- tion, maintenance and management measures be adopted. Multiple techniques have been taken on the key parts affecting the service life of the blast furnace to extend its service life.
