集群企业网络权力与创新绩效关系研究——基于双元式知识共享行为的中介作用

Research on the Relationship between Network Power and Innovation Performance of Cluster Enterprises——Based on Ambidextrous Knowledge Sharing as Intermediary

以福建省3个产业集群为对象收集数据,建立集群企业网络权力、双元式知识共享行为和创新绩效三者相互关系的结构方程,探究其作用机制。研究结果表明集群企业在集群中的网络权力对其创新绩效有显著正向影响,企业的探索式知识共享行为显著促进创新绩效提高,并且在网络权力和创新绩效之间起到了中介作用。因此,在产业集群背景下应当充分重视对于核心企业网络权力的合理运用,鼓励企业间的探索式知识共享,并注重知识共享的传导作用,促进集群企业创新绩效的提高。

This study uses three industrial clusters of Fujian province as survey objects to collect data,setting up a structural equation model of the relationship among the network power right,ambidextrous knowledge sharing behavior and innovation performance,and exploring its action mechanism.The results show that network power of cluster enterprises has a significant positive effect on its innovation performance;exploratory knowledge sharing behaviors significantly improve innovation performance,and plays an intermediary role between network power and innovation performance.Therefore,under the background of industrial cluster,government should pay attention to the rational use of network power about the core enterprise,encourage exploratory knowledge sharing between enterprises,pay attention to the knowledge sharing and conduction effect,and promote the improvement of industrial cluster＇s innovation performance.
