基于ABC整合框架的国内动态能力研究评述

A Review of Dynamic Capabilities Based on ABC's Integrative Framework:Research in China

自20世纪90年代以来,动态能力一直是战略管理研究的前沿领域之一。以国家自然科学基金委管理科学部认定的30种重要期刊为样本,从中识别出63篇关于动态能力的国内管理文献为分析样本,从动态能力前因(A)、行为(B)与结果(C)的ABC整合框架角度对相关文献进行阐述和分析,归纳出国内相关研究的特点及发展趋势,以期对正处于复杂多变环境下的中国企业和研究者提供借鉴。

As firms are facing a much more complicated and dynamic environment,research of the firm＇s competitive advantages must take dynamic and disequilibrium perspective into account.It is in such a situation that the notion of Dynamic Capabilities emerged.Since then,probe for the source and sustainability of competitive advantages from the perspective of dynamic capabilities has become a frontier of strategic management.In this study,we select 63 articles regarding dynamic capabilities from 30 key management academic journals.Then,we set up an integrative framework,and focus on the antecedents,behaviors and consequences of dynamic capabilities in order to sum up the characteristics and tendency of these current researches,as well as to provide guidance to researchers and firms operating in a dynamic world.
