摘要
为适应浮选设备的大型化发展,采用模拟放大方法,研制了XJM-KS60型浮选机。文章详细介绍了该机关键技术参数与主要机械结构的优化设计,并对关键部件进行了力学验算与有限元分析,结果表明:XJM-KS60型浮选机充气速率为0.85 m3/(m2·min),充气均匀度为91%,搅拌机构装机功率为110 k W,达到了设计要求,并符合行业相关标准。首台XJM-KS60型浮选机在司马选煤厂的应用实践表明,其矿浆处理能力为1 500 m3/h,在满足浮选精煤灰分<9.5%的条件下,该机精煤产率提高了36.69个百分点,尾煤灰分增加25.02个百分点,浮选完善指标提高了20.36个百分点,且节电效果显著。
In order to conform to the trend of using large sized flotation cells,the XJM-KS 60 flotation cell has been developed using simulation scale-up method. The paper presents a detailed introduction to the key technical parameters and the optimum main structural design of the machine,as well as the results of mechanical computation and finite element analysis of the machine's key components. The result indicates that the flotation machine works with an aeration rate of 0. 85 m^3/( m2·min),aeration uniformity coefficient of 91%,agitating power of 110 k W and a pulp throughput of 1 500 m^3/ h,well coming up to the design specifications and relevant trade standards. As evidenced by field application of the first machine at Sima Coal Preparation Plant,under the prereguisite of ensuring an ash of the flotation concentrate of 9. 5%,there can be seen an increase of yield of concentrate by 36. 69 percentage points,an increase of ash of tailings by 25. 02 percentage points,an increase of Improvement index of flotation by20. 36 percentage points,and a drastic reduction of power consumption.
