摘要
运用正交试验方法,对过滤式浓缩机工艺参数进行了分析研究,并在此基础上确定了控制系统的控制参数,初步设计出过滤式浓缩机的控制系统,从而为设备优化与控制系统的进一步完善奠定了基础。
An analytical study is made of the process parameters of the filter thickener through orthogonal experiment. Based on the result of the study,the control parameters of the thickener＇s control system are determined. The preliminary design of the control system is now available. This provides a foundation for the future optimization of the thickener and further improvement of the control system.
