摘要
以氧化煤为研究对象,探究了药剂用量变化对其浮选效果的影响,并从脂肪醇种类和添加量两方面研究了脂肪醇对氧化煤浮选的促进作用。试验结果表明,脂肪醇可以通过氢键吸附在含氧官能团上,改善煤粒表面的疏水性,从而提高精煤产率和浮选完善指标;并且脂肪醇中碳原子数量越多,促进作用越明显;当脂肪醇添加量为0.3 kg/t时,对浮选的促进作用相对最好。
A study is made of the effect of variation of dosage of flotation reagent on flotation performance as well as the promoting effect on flotation of oxidized coal produced by different kinds and dosages of fatty alcohol. Test result indicates that the hydrophobicity of coal particles is much improved due to absorption of fatty alcohol onto oxygen-containing functional groups though hydrogen bonds. This leads to,consequently,higher yield of flotation concentrate and,hence,better flotation performance index. And the greater the number of carbon atoms in fatty alcohol,the more pronounced the promoting effect of fatty alcohol becomes. At a dosage of fatty alcohol of 0. 3 kg / t,a comparatively most remarkable promoting effect can be produced.
