摘要
在分析正宁煤煤质特性的基础上,考察了添加剂用量、粒度级配等对其制备水煤浆的影响。试验结果表明:当添加剂用量为0.8%,细煤粉比例为60%-70%时,所制备的水煤浆的质量分数为64.3%,此时水煤浆粘度为1 000 m Pa·s,符合工业水煤浆制备标准。配煤试验表明,该煤与环县煤的配比为3∶7时,所制煤浆的质量分数达到68%,较正宁煤单独制浆提高了近4个百分点,所制备的水煤浆72 h的析水率为10.2%。
On the basis of an analysis of the property of the Zhengning coal,an investigation is made into the effect of the ratio of additive and size consist on the property of the coal water slurry prepared with the Zhengning coal. Investigation indicates that when the additive and power coal are in ratios of 0. 8% and60%-70% respectively,the slurry thus prepared has a mass fraction of 64. 3% and a viscosity of1000 m Pa·s,which is up to the industrial coal water slurry preparation standard. Whereas,the test on blending coal shows that when the Zhengning coal and Huanxian coal are blended at a ratio of 3∶ 7,the slurry prepared has a mass fraction reaching 68%,about 4 percentage points higher than the slurry prepared with only Zhengning coal,and a water separation rate of 10. 2%.
