摘要
为了实现东峡煤矿的可持续发展,提高煤炭产品质量,以同一井田陈家沟煤矿的原煤资料作为初始煤质资料,在对其进行适当调整后,根据设计原则制定了选煤工艺。不同洗选方案的技术经济指标表明:以无压三产品重介质旋流器作为核心设备的选煤工艺优势显著,不但可使煤炭产品结构更加合理,选煤工艺流程得到简化,而且投资费用低,分选效果良好。
With an aim to realizing the sustainable development of Dongxia Coal Mine and upgrading its coal products,work is made on the design of the coal cleaning process according to design principle,with the properly adjusted initial data of the raw coal produced by Chenjiagou Mine which is located in the same coalfield as the design basis. As evidenced by comparative analysis of the techno-economic data of different coal cleaning schemes,the process operating with the 3-product gravity-fed heavy-media cyclone as core equipment has its distinguished superiority over the others. The process selected not only makes it possible to obtain a more rational product mix,but also proves to be simple in flowsheet,low in initial capital cost and remarkable in separating performance.
