三级甲等医院急诊护士共情能力及其影响因素分析

Analysis of empathy ability of emergency nurses and corresponding influence factors in third-level class A hospital

目的:调查三级甲等医院急诊护士共情能力现状及其影响因素,为专科护理的发展提供科学依据。方法:采用自制一般资料问卷和中文版杰弗逊共情量表对抽取的246名护士进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷223份。结果:急诊护士的共情能力评分为(111.37±8.85)分;不同性别、最高学历、职称、急诊专科工作年限、资格认证及聘用形式情况的急诊护士,其共情能力总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经多元线性回归分析,是否获得资格认证、职称、急诊专科工作年限、最高学历是急诊护士共情能力的影响因素。结论:三级甲等医院急诊护士共情能力处于较高水平,为提高护理质量、患者满意度、减少医疗纠纷提供有力基础;护理管理者应采取针对性措施有效提高急诊护士共情能力,发展更多高质量护理人才。

Objective： To investigate empathy ability of emergency nurses and corresponding influence factors in third- level class A hospital and provide scientific evidence for the development of professional nursing. Methods： Investigated 246 randomly selected nurses with questionnaires,including self-made general information questionnaire and Chinese- version of Jefferson Scale of Empathy- Health Professionals,and 223 questionnaires were valid. Results： Empathy ability scores of emergency nurses were（ 111. 37 ± 8. 85）; total empathy ability scores were compared between emergency nurses with different sexes,highest educations,titles,working experience as emergency nurses,certifications and employment forms. The differences had statistical significance（ P 0. 05）. According to multi- variable linear return analysis,influence factors included whether acquired certifications,titles,working experience as emergency nurses and highest educations. Conclusion： Emergency nurses in third- level class A hospital have relatively high level of empathy ability,which is the solid basis to improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction degree and reduce medical dispute; nursing managers should adopt targeted measures to effectively improve empathy ability of emergency nurses and develop more high- quality talented nurses.
