闭角型青光眼患者不确定性容忍度与情感平衡的相关性分析

Correlation analysis between uncertainty tolerance and emotional balance of patients with angle- closure glaucoma

目的:探讨闭角型青光眼患者不确定性容忍度与情感平衡的关系,为临床护士对患者进行针对性的心理干预提供参考意见。方法:对283例闭角型青光眼患者运用不确定性容忍度量表和情感平衡量表进行调查。结果:患者不确定性容忍度和情感平衡分值分别为(4.18±0.49)分和(3.33±1.18)分,不确定性容忍度和情感平衡呈显著性相关。结论:闭角型青光眼患者不确定性容忍度较低,情感平衡较差,临床护士应针对闭角型青光眼患者不确定性容忍度较低的原因进行心理干预,以保证患者的情感平衡。

Objective： To discuss the relations between uncertainty tolerance and emotional balance of patients with angle- closure glaucoma and give reference advices for clinical nurses to provide targeted mental intervention. Methods： Investigated 283 cases of patients with angle- closure glaucoma with uncertainty tolerance scale and emotional balance scale. Results： Scores of uncertainty tolerance and emotional balance were（ 4. 18 ± 0. 49） and（ 3. 33 ± 1. 18） respectively. There were significant correlations between uncertainty tolerance and emotional balance. Conclusion： Patients with angle- closure glaucoma have rather lower tolerance for uncertainty and worse emotional balance. Clinical nurses should targeted at factors resulting in low uncertainty tolerance in patients with angle- closure glaucoma,and provide mental intervention to ensure emotional balance of patients.
