摘要
目的:探讨护士心理档案对护士进行心理健康干预的作用和效果。方法:我院2012年1月~2015年1月建立护士心理档案期间,根据护士具体情况对护士进行心理干预,并定期采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、主观幸福感量表评估护士的心理健康状况,评估结果予以记录。结果:建档前护士SCL-90总均分及阳性项目数较建档前均有所降低(P〈0.05);较建档前主观幸福感总分有所提升(P〈0.05)。结论:建立护士心理档案,及时评估护士的心理健康状况,并采取相应的心理干预措施能够提高护士心理健康水平。
Objective: To discuss the function of nurse mental file and its effects on mental health intervention for nurses. Methods: During the establishment period of nurse mental file in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015,provided mental intervention for nurses on the basis of their specific conditions,and assessed mental health status of nurses with Symptom Check List( SCL- 90) and Subjective Well- being Scale at regular intervals,then recorded the assessment results. Results: Nurses had lower total average scores of SCL- 90 and lower numbers of positive items than those before the file( P〈 0. 05); higher total scores of subjective well- being than those before the file( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion: To establish nurse mental file can timely assess mental health status of nurses and adopt corresponding mental intervention,so as to improve their mental health levels.
