摘要
目的:探讨基于岗位式教学法在外科护理学教学中的应用效果。方法:选择湖南省某高校2013级两个班级学生,每班42名,随机设为试验组和对照组,试验组采用基于岗位式教学法;对照组采用传统讲授法进行教学。比较两组学生的理论考核成绩。结果:试验组理论考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于岗位式教学法用于外科护理学的教学中能提高学生的学习成绩及综合运用知识的能力。
Objective: To discuss the application effects of post- oriented pedagogy in surgical nursing teaching. Methods: Selected two classes,grade2013,from a university in Hunan Province,with 42 students in each class,randomly arranged them as experimental group and control group,the experimental group then taught them with post- oriented pedagogy and control group with traditional lecture pedagogy respectively during surgical nursing teaching. Students from both groups were compared for theoretical test scores. Results: Theoretical test scores of experimental group students were obviously higher than those of control group( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion: Post- oriented pedagogy in surgical nursing teaching can improve academic performances of students and their ability to comprehensively apply knowledge.
