摘要
目的:探讨心理护理对精神发育迟滞儿童家长焦虑情绪程度改善的效果。方法:将2013年8月~2015年7月在本院接受治疗的精神发育迟滞儿童的家长100名为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用常规护理;试验组在常规护理基础上加以心理护理。患儿确诊后的第1天采用一般调查表和Zung氏焦虑自评量表系统(SAS)问卷对其家长进行问卷调查,2个月后对两组家长再次评估,比较心理护理前后两组家长的SAS评分和焦虑情绪的改善程度。结果:两组患儿家长护理前后SAS结果评分比较,组间、不同时间点、组间与不同时间点交互作用均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:精神发育迟滞儿童家长存在较严重的焦虑情绪,心理护理可明显改善精神发育迟滞儿童家长的焦虑情绪。
Objective: To discuss effects of mental nursing on anxiety improvement for parents of mental retardation children. Methods: Selected 100 cases of parents of mental retardation children who were cured in our hospital from August 2013 to July 2015 as study objects and randomly divided them into control group and experimental group equally. Control group patients were provided with usual nursing,while experimental group patients were provided with mental nursing on the basis of usual nursing. On the first day when the mental retardation of children was confirmed,assessed their parents with questionnaires,including usual questionnaire and Zung self anxiety scale( SAS),and reassessed two groups of parents two months later. Compared parents between two groups for SAS scores and anxiety improvement conditions before and after nursing. Results: As showed in the comparison between parents from both groups for their SAS scores before and after nursing,the interactions between different groups,different times and between different groups on one hand and different times on the other,had statistical significances( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Parents of mental retardation children suffer from severe anxiety,and mental nursing can obviously improve the anxiety of parents resulted from mental retardation in their children.
