党的十八届四中全会提出了"推进以审判为中心的诉讼制度改革"任务,对检察公诉工作提出更高的要求,带来更大的挑战。只有在清晰认识审判中心主义的本质,在现有的法律框架内履行公诉机关的职责,对公诉机关的工作不断提出改进方案,才能更好迎接审判中心主义的挑战。

The Party＇s Fourth Plenary Session proposed task ＂to promote the trial as the center of the litigation system reform＂, which put forward higher requirements on the public prosecution work, and bring greater challenges. Only the clear understanding of the essence of the trial center doctrine, the implementation of the public prosecutor＇s request in the existing framework of the law, and the improvement of the public prosecutor＇s work, can the challenges of a good trial center be met.
