复方樟柳碱治疗糖尿病性缺血性视神经病变

Compound Anisodine in the Treatment of Diabetic Ischemic Optic Neuropathy

目的探讨在糖尿病性缺血性视神经病变中应用复方樟柳碱注射液的治疗效果。方法选取我院自2011年10月—2014年10月收治的糖尿病性视神经病变患者100例190只眼,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组50例94只眼,观察组50例96只眼。对照组给予口服维生素联合复方丹参、复方血栓通常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合复方樟柳碱注射液治疗,6周为一个疗程。记录治疗前后患者视力以及视野平均缺损,对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗前,两组患者视力以及视野平均缺损相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者视力显著上升,视野平均缺损显著下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组视力显著低于观察组,视野平均缺损显著高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组治疗的总有效率显著低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病性缺血性视神经病变中应用复方樟柳碱注射液能够改善患者视野缺损,恢复患者视力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of application of compound anisodine hydrobromide injection in diabetic ischemic optic neuropathy. Methods 190 patients of 109 eyes with diabetic optic neuropathy treated in our hospital from October 2011 to October2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases of 94 eyes in the control group and 50 cases of 96 eyes in the observation group. The control group was given oral vitamin combined with compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza and compound thrombosis through conventional treatment. The observation group used compound anisodine hydrobromide injection on the basis of the control group. 6 weeks was a course of treatment. The visual acuity and visual field defect were recorded before and after treatment,and the effect of the two groups was compared. Results Before treatment,the visual acuity and visual field between the two groups had no statistical significance（ P〈0.01）. After treatment,the visual acuity of the two groups increased,visual field average defect significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. The visual acuity of the control group was significantly lower that of the observation group（ P〈0. 01）,the visual field average defect of the control group was higher than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The application of compound anisodine hydrobromide injection in diabetic ischemic optic neuropathy can improve the visual field defects,restore the patient＇s vision,and it is worthy of clinical application.
