中药调理配合穴位埋线治疗疲劳综合征

Herbal Treatment combined with Catgut Embedding Therapy in Treating Fatigue Syndrome

目的观察中药调理配合穴位埋线治疗疲劳综合征的临床疗效。方法将106例疲劳综合征患者随机分为两组,观察组53例采用中药调理配合穴位埋线治疗疲劳综合征,对照组53例采用口服补中益气丸和六味地黄丸治疗疲劳综合征。结果总有效率观察组治愈率为96.2%明显高于对照组治愈率77.4%,两组疗效比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论中药调理配合穴位埋线提高患者免疫功能,改善机体营养状态,治疗疲劳综合征有较好疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of herbal treatment combined with catgut embedding therapy in treating of fatigue syndrome. Methods 106 cases of fatigue syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group of 53 cases was treated by herbal treatment combined with catgut embedding therapy. 53 cases in the control group took orally Buzhong Yiqi pills and Liuwei Dihuang pills. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96. 2 % which was significantly higher than 77. 4% of the control group,and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The herbal treatment combined with catgut embedding therapy in treating of fatigue syndrome improved immune function of patients and the nutritional status of the body,and had good curative effect.
