云南白药气雾剂联合手法治疗急性踝关节扭伤51例

Yunnan Baiyao Aerosol combined with Manipulation in the Treatment of Acute Ankle Sprain for 51 Cases

目的探讨云南白药气雾剂联合手法治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法选取我院急性踝关节扭伤患者101例,随机分为两组,对照组50例,采用手法治疗,观察组51例,联合云南白药气雾剂治疗,比较两组疗效差异。结果观察组痊愈率与有效率分别为82.35%、100.00%,均明显高于对照组的52.00%、72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论云南白药气雾剂联合手法治疗急性踝关节扭伤疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Yunnan Baiyao aerosol combined with manipulation in the treatment of acute ankle sprain. Methods Selecting 101 cases of patients with acute ankle sprain in our hospital,they were randomly assigned to two groups. 50 cases in the control group were treated with manipulative therapy. 51 cases in the observation group used Yunnan Baiyao aerosol on the basis of the control group. The difference on therapeutic effect was compared. Results The cure rate and the effective rate of the observation group was 82. 35% and 100%,respectively,which was significantly higher than 52% and 72% of the control group,respectively（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Yunnan Baiyao aerosol combined with manipulation in the treatment of acute ankle sprain has significant effect,and it is worthy of clinical application.
