六味地黄丸对慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pill in the Treatment of Chronic Aplastic Anemia

目的对应用六味地黄丸对患有慢性再生障碍性贫血疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法选择在我院就诊的患有慢性再生障碍性贫血疾病的患者90例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组45例。采用康力龙对对照组患者实施治疗;采用康力龙与六味地黄丸联合对治疗组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组患者血常规检测结果恢复正常时间和药物治疗计划实施总时间明显短于对照组;用药期间出现不良反应的人数明显少于对照组;慢性再生障碍性贫血疾病药物治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论应用六味地黄丸对患有慢性再生障碍性贫血疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Liuwei Dihuang pill in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia. Methods Selecting 90 cases of patients with chronic aplastic anemia disease in our hospital,they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with45 cases in each group. The control group used stanozolol. The treatment group used stanozolol and Liuwei Dihuang pill. Results The routine blood test results back to normal time and drug treatment plan to implement the total time of the treatment group patients were shorter than those of the control group. During the treatment,adverse reaction of the treatment group was less than that of the control group. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion The Liuwei Dihuang pill in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia has significantly clinical effect.
