针灸按摩配合中药热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出41例

Analysis on the Effect of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Massage combined with Herbal Hot Compress in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation for 41 Cases

目的探究针灸加上中药热敷,治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床疗效。方法选择某医院82例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组及对照组两组,对照组41例,采用传统中药热敷进行治疗;观察组41例,在运用传统中药热敷的基础上采用腹针治疗。结果观察组总体有效率达到95.12%,对照组达85.37%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论针灸按摩加上中药热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出,疗效比传统的中药热敷腰椎间盘突出效果要明显,可以缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛情况。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture-moxibustion massage combined with herbal hot compress in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Method 82 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients in XX hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group（ 41 cases） used traditional Chinese medicine hot compress treatment. The observation group（ 41 cases） used abdominal acupuncture therapy on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress. Results The total effective rate of the observation group reached 95. 12%,the total effective rate of the control group was 85. 37%,and the effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P〈0. 05.Conclusion The acupuncture-moxibustion massage combined with herbal hot compress in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation had curative effect which was significantly better than f the traditional Chinese medicine hot compress,and can relieve the pain of lumbar disc herniation.
